Bezness As Usual

Dutch filmmaker Alex Pitstra was 25-years-old when he received a letter from his Tunisian father, whom he hadn't seen since his early childhood. His father wanted to meet him. In the 10 years that follow, Alex tries to build a relationship with his newly found family in Tunisia. He also convinces his Swiss half-sister Jasmin to do the same. In this fascinating family saga, Alex has to cope with intercultural misunderstandings and failed expectations between his father and himself, but also has to address the relationship with his Dutch mother. What role should he play as a son of two cultures?
