Georges Nasser
Georges Nasser (b. 1927, Tripoli) studied cinema at UCLA in Hollywood and returned to Lebanon, determined to make films. In 1957, he directed WHERE TO?, which became the first Lebanese film in Cannes’ official competition. He repeated his Cannes success with THE LITTLE STRANGER (1962). Nasser has also directed IT ONLY TAKES ONE MAN (1975). He is a teacher at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts (ALBA).
