GALA SPONSORS BRING LATE-NIGHT GLAMOUR AND FIZZ TO DIFF 2013

The Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) has released the names of the sponsors that will host bespoke, invitation-only receptions after the festival’s nightly gala screenings of the most exciting world cinema.

Prominent artists, cultural leaders and patrons of the arts from the UAE and beyond will network with the international film community’s leading professionals at a series of evenings guaranteed to add glamour and élan to the festival’s tenth edition.

Harvey Nichols-Dubai, Eleqt, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Moet & Chandon and The Act Dubai, will all hold festival gala events at DIFF 2013, to be held from December 6 to 14.

Mahsa Motamedi, DIFF Director of Marketing and Sponsorship, pointed out that the Gala sponsors extend the festival’s reputation for hospitality with their unforgettable events for festival guests.

She continued, “Many of our Gala sponsors have been festival supporters since the beginning. They have lent the weight of their well-established brands to help us both achieve global visibility and welcome the UAE community at the festival site. We thank our Gala sponsors for the ten years of unsurpassed hospitality we have been able to extend to our regional and international guests alike.”

The Act Dubai, a luxury theatre club with sister venues in Las Vegas, New York city and London, will entertain DIFF patrons at the opening night and will host a gala later in the week

In addition to sponsorship of the Gala Event, renowned professional makeup brand MAKE UP FOR EVER is a newcomer to DIFF and official makeup partner of the festival.

Moet & Chandon is associated with some of the world’s most prestigious cinema events, including the Academy Awards and Cannes.

Eleqt, the exclusive social discovery network for the world’s trendsetters in style and business, will throw its stylish bash during DIFF.

Harvey Nichols-Dubai is the leading international luxury fashion destination; the department store will welcome its stylish clientele at their DIFF gala.
