I am a student; can I register for the upcoming Dubai International Film Festival?

Yes, we encourage students who are studying media or film related courses at university to attend the Festival. Registration is now open on the DIFF website and you must submit a copy of your student card with your application.

What am I entitled to at DIFF if my registration is accepted?

Using your DIFF student badge you are able to pull 4 regular screening tickets per day at any of the box office locations or online at www.diff.ae. You will also have access to a variety of elements within The Dubai Film Market (DFM), the business and trade hub of the Festival and world’s leading industry platform for Arab cinema. At the Forum, you can attend industry workshops, master classes, networking sessions and informative panel discussions. In addition you can visit the Exhibitors’ stands which present excellent opportunities to interact with industry leaders and network with major players in the region and beyond.

What other opportunities can I explore at DIFF?

DIFF is a fantastic opportunity for experiential and real-world learning through exposure to accomplished producers, directors, crew experts, business executives, international cinema and Festival operations teams. For film and media students who are serious about the film industry, DIFF is the place to be.

How can I become a DIFF volunteer?
