DIFF OFFICIAL SPONSORS PLEDGE ENDURING COMMITMENT FESTIVAL’S TENTH EDITION

The Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) today announced the distinguished Official Sponsors for its tenth edition, to take place December 6 to 14, 2013.

Arabian Radio Network (ARN), BMW, CNN, Dolby, Dubai Airports, Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI), Dubai Department Of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Eventique, Google, Gulf News, MAKE UP FOR EVER, MBC, and ZEE TV stand by the festival in its tenth year.š

Abdulhamid Juma, DIFF’s Chairman, said: “Our roster of distinguished Official Sponsors is a result of deep relationships formed over the past decade with some of the most prominent brands in the UAE and beyond. With these relationships comes untold value in essential goods and services that help us to maintain the world-class standards for which DIFF is known. We owe our ten years of excellence to their support.”

Dubai Airports is Dubai’s first face forward in greeting international guests arriving in the UAE for the festival. Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) are playing a pivotal role increasing the awareness of Dubai and attracting audiences and media to the Festival.

DIFF’s international media sponsor CNN’s support underscores that DIFF is a brand that resonates outside of the UAE, whilst MBC fits hand in glove with DIFF’s aim of putting Arab cinema talent front and centre. ARN, DMI and Gulf News, all long-time supporters of the festival, will keep listeners and readers in the UAE in touch with their favourite cultural event. ZEE TV, the largest media franchise is key to circulating festival news to DIFF’s South Asian festival guests.

Google returns to support the Festival with live broadcasts of the Opening Ceremony and daily live broadcasts of the DIFF red carpet on You Tube. Dolby, the globally recognized innovator of sound will deliver a cinematic experience and bring the action to life for DIFF audiences. Elite Events Boutique Agency Eventique will create unforgettable events throughout the Festival.

The renowned professional makeup brand, MAKE UP FOR EVER, will keep festival guests including celebrities glamorous and red carpet-ready as it is DIFF’s official makeup partner this year, whilst BMW, a familiar sight at the festival’s glittering red carpet events, will continue shuttling A-list guest as Official Car for the third year running
