Synopsis
In a mountainous area in the UAE, we meet two middle-aged friends: one is light-skinned and sells tobacco, the other is dark-skinned and sells coal. The love story between them represents the present and brings us closer to the idea of racism in the tug and pull between love and despair. The film also revolves around an incident from when the men were boys, and we realize the continuity of time.
