Synopsis

In present-day West Texas, Moss (Josh Brolin), out hunting, stumbles across trucks whose drivers and passengers have all been shot dead - but a stash of drugs and a fortune in cash is still sitting there. Inevitably, he cannot avoid temptation and makes off with the money. Thus begins a stark, riveting manhunt with twists and turns right to the end, as Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem), an evil psychopath, tracks down Moss, while a local Sheriff, Ed Tom Bell (Tommy Lee Jones), a throwback to an earlier West (he rides a horse on some patrols), seeks to find and save him.
