BETWEEN TWO WORLDS

Synopsis

A young man appears to fall from the sky, rescuing a foreign woman caught up in a violent conflict. The man flees from the city and returns to his village, where he finds both solace in a family member and threats of renewed violence. Around him, we see the effects of a longstanding conflict on the people of the village. Alongside this enigmatic series of events, is a mythical fable of a prince who took refuge in the hollow of a tree to escape deadly strife.
