Steve McQueen

Steve McQueen (born 1969, UK) is one of Britain’s most influential visual artists and he has exhibited in galleries and museums worldwide. He won the Turner Prize in 1999 and received an OBE in 2002. HUNGER (2008) was his first feature film, winning a Camera d’Or at Cannes and awards from the Sydney and Toronto film festivals.
