The seventh edition of the Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) has announced the winners of the Dubai Film Connection Awards, which opens doors to directors of Levant, Maghreb, Gulf or North African origin more than US$110,000 in seed funds and valuable industry connections.

The Road and Transport Authority (RTA), responsible for the planning and provision of the requirements of transport, roads, and traffic in Dubai, is the official transportation sponsor for the seventh Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF). RTA will support DIFF through the use of public transport buses to meet an array of requirements.

The Dubai International Film Festival, ongoing through Dec. 19, has announced the winners of the poster competition, which invited individuals around the Gulf region to ‘Capture the Essence of DIFF.’
